Founder & President Dexter Leon’s journey is one of faith, transformation, and unwavering commitment to the next generation. Raised in the rough neighborhoods of Springfield, Massachusetts, Dexter grew up in a single parent household alongside his sister, watching his mother work tirelessly to provide stability in the midst of challenging circumstances. Like many young men navigating difficult environments, Dexter faced his share of missteps growing up. The streets offered influence, and not all of it was positive. But his story didn’t end there. As he stepped into adulthood, Dexter made a defining decision: he would not allow his environment to dictate his future. Through a powerful encounter with God, he committed his life fully to Christ — not just in belief, but in action. His faith became the foundation for transformation, discipline, and purpose. It shifted his mindset from survival to service.
Today, Dexter is a devoted Christian, a dedicated husband, and a proud father of five. His family has been one of the greatest sources of strength and growth in his life. His wife’s unwavering support, faith, and partnership have sharpened his vision and strengthened his leadership. She has been a stabilizing force, helping him build not just dreams, but structure and sustainability behind them. Fatherhood deepened everything.
Being a father to five children reshaped Dexter’s priorities and intensified his commitment to legacy. Every decision he makes is rooted in the example he wants to set at home. His children are his daily reminder that leadership starts with integrity, consistency, and love. They are his motivation to break generational cycles and build something that lasts.
